From Idea to Reality:
The Evolution of UNI Empower Me
The core of our work is to improve youth and adult mental health and well-being by decreasing social anxiety through increasing skills in communication and leadership in social interactions and through student project development. We work on increasing skills in communication and leadership in social interactions providing them with tools to comfortably and confidently navigate in-person and remote social situations. Students benefit from our services by gaining skills, along with practicing using those skills, with their peers.

My name is Cindy Marchando, and I'm here to help you create FREEDOM in all areas of life by showing how much power we have within ourselves to do whatever we want!
On a more personal note, I am a wife, a mom and a grandmother (glamma). I love traveling and meeting people which allows me to engage in various philanthropy initiatives. I invest my time facilitating various youth programs and engaging in community programs promoting activism.
